Dr. Seckman became Senior Pastor on June 14, 2007. Before coming to First & Calvary, he served for fourteen years as Pastor of Gaithersburg Presbyterian Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland, a 1100 member church serving a diverse congregation of people from    many different countries. Greg received his B.A. in Speech Broadcasting from Penn State University, his Masters of Divinity from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and his Doctorate of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary. He is married to Charlotte and they have two sons, Kyle and Ryan, who are attending colleges in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Rev. Ellis came to First & Calvary in 2007. He earned his B.A. from Baylor University in 1986 and his J.D. from The University
of Texas School of Law in 1993. Greg practiced law in Austin, Texas for 10 years, representing public school districts. After ten
years of law  practice, a growing conviction that God was calling him to become a pastor led him back to school. He earned
his Master of Divinity from Regent College in Vancouver, BC, and added a fourth year of seminary studies at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Austin, Texas.
