Greg Seckman, Senior Pastor     g.seckman@fandcpres.org

Dr. Seckman became Senior Pastor on June 14, 2007. Before coming to First & Calvary, he served for fourteen years as Pastor of Gaithersburg Presbyterian Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland, a 1100 member church serving a diverse congregation of people from    many different countries. Greg received his B.A. in Speech Broadcasting from Penn State University, his Masters of Divinity from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and his Doctorate of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary. He is married to Charlotte and they have two sons, Kyle and Ryan, who are attending colleges in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Greg came to First & Calvary in 2007.  Moved by a deep love of Christ and the church, he left law practice in Austin, TX in 2003 to enter pastoral ministry.  He is thrilled to see up close how God is transforming people’s lives as they follow Jesus.  Greg earned his Master of Divinity from Regent College in Vancouver, B.C. and studied an additional year at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Austin, TX.  He has the unusual distinction of being a Baylor Bear, a Texas A&M “Aggie,” a University of Texas Longhorn, and a UTSA Roadrunner all rolled into one.
