Men's Prayer Breakfast

This ecumenical fellowship of the Men's Prayer Breakfast at First & Calvary has a proud heritage of over 35 years in the Springfield community.  Men from all denominations meet for breakfast each Wednesday at 6:45 AM - 7:45 AM in our Fellowship Hall.  A devotional thought is presented by a different member of the community each week for spiritual inspiration.  The morning concludes with intercessory prayer.  Cost is $2.00.  Plan to join us any Wednesday and become a part of this very special tradition.

Men's Retreat

Each year the First & Calvary men spend time with God and each other during this weekend designed especially for them!  Watch for details to come in the months ahead! 

Men's Softball

Enjoy playing, have fun, sharpen playing skills, develop and deepen team and personal relationships, represent the church with quality sportsmanship, and appreciate opponent's outstanding plays: these are just a few of the benefits of playing on the First & Calvary Men's Softball team.

The team plays in the church league sponsored by the Greene County Parks and Recreation Department.  Monday night from April 15 to the end of July, with breaks for the holidays, will find us at Killian or Ewing Ball Parks.  Each game is played for 55 minutes. Men age 16 and over, any ability level and talent, should consider joining this group.

Time required is about six hours per month, including playing time and warm-up.  "We practice when we play."  Come on out and join us!

Golf

One Tuesday afternoon a month from June through September, First & Calvary members and friends gather for a round of golf. Come for "golf, flora, fauna, and four putts (ooops, three putts!)
